abstract A multi-mode electromagnetic ultrasonic and magnetic flux leakage detection method, apparatus and system, and a sensor. The method comprises: receiving an operation instruction for detecting an object to be detected (S102), wherein the operation instruction is used for controlling a detection sensor so that same enters any one or more of the working modes as follows: magnetic flux leakage detection, ultrasonic body wave detection, ultrasonic guide wave detection and surface wave detection; controlling the detection sensor so that same outputs a corresponding detection signal according to the operation instruction (S104); and detecting the object to be detected on the basis of the detection signal (S106). The technical solution achieves the purpose of using one sensor to realize various detection modes, such as magnetic flux leakage and electromagnetic ultrasound modes, reduces the complexity and cost of system detection, and improves the detection efficiency.
