abstract A vertical vibration vacuum furnace comprises a furnace body, a furnace cover mechanism, a vertical excitation device, a heating device, a crystallizer, and a vacuum pumping unit. The furnace body is fixed on the vertical excitation device, the furnace cover mechanism is fixed on the upper end of the furnace body, the crystallizer is located on the furnace cover mechanism, and the crystallizer is fixed so that the crystallizer does not vibrate as the furnace body vibrates. The crystallizer detachably communicates with the vacuum pumping unit, and the heating device is used for heating a material in the furnace body. The furnace body comprises a lining crucible (11), a cushioning and heat-insulation pad (12) and a furnace housing (13) from the inside to the outside. An opening is formed in the top of the lining crucible (11). The cover mechanism comprises a servo cover plate (21), an abutting plate (22), a lift guide cylinder (23), and a flexible sleeve (24). The crystallizer is detachably and sealedly connected onto the abutting plate (22) on a bottom opening portion, and the crystallizer communicates with the furnace body by means of the lift guide cylinder (23). The vertical vibration vacuum furnace rolls and roasts a material by using a vibration manner, which helps to improve the heat and mass transfer effect of roasting and reduce the adverse effect of the material layer coverage on a volatilization process, and a design of separation of the furnace body from the crystallizer is used to facilitate the transfer and coagulation of a volatile matter.
