abstract |
The invention concerns a method for determining a heterogeneity index of myocardial perfusion of an individual from medical images of the myocardial perfusion of said individual, comprising: constructing, by two-dimensional or three-dimensional segmentation of said images, a topographic map formed from a set of myocardial pixels or voxels defined by a cylindrical projection of the myocardium from the long axis of the left ventricle, said method being characterised in that it comprises determining the entropy of said topographic map. The invention also concerns a system for implementing said method. |
