abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a method for easily obtaining a culture supernatant having a reduced amount of unwanted enzymes; a microorganism that can be used in said method; and a method for producing a target substance using said microorganism. The present invention relates to a modified fungus that expresses a fusion polynucleotide in which a polynucleotide coding for a GPI-added signal sequence is joined to a polynucleotide coding for an endogenously secreted enzyme, and also relates to a method for producing a target substance using said modified fungus. |
