abstract |
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a fluorinated active-energy-ray-curable resin which can be used suitably as a surfactant in an aqueous active-energy-ray-curable resin composition and can contribute to the improvement in leveling properties and anti-fouling properties of a cured coating film formed therefrom; an active-energy-ray-curable resin composition containing the resin; and a cured article produced by curing the composition. More specifically provided are: a fluorinated active-energy-ray-curable resin characterized by comprising a polymer structure (a1) of a radically polymerizable unsaturated monomer, a poly(perfluoroalkylene ether) chain (a2), a radically polymerizable unsaturated group (a3), and a salt structure (a4) produced by neutralizing an acid group; a surfactant comprising the fluorinated active-energy-ray-curable resin; an active-energy-ray-curable resin composition comprising the fluorinated active-energy-ray-curable resin, an active-energy-ray-curable hydrophilic resin other than the fluorinated active-energy-ray-curable resin, and water; and a cured coating film produced from the composition. |
