A Leg1 protein, a Leg1 gene, applications of the Leg1 protein and the Leg1 gene, and a drug. A mLeg1 gene knockout mouse is used as a research subject. A comprehensive research of the function of the mLeg1 gene is made by means of genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry, and cell biology. The research result shows that the mLeg1 protein can regulate an Akt signal in the body by means of an EGFR so as to regulate fat synthesis in the organism, and provides new tools and ideas for subsequent treatment on human obesity by manually interfering the expression level of the hLeg1 gene and the hLeg1 protein, and for the physical recovery after chemotherapy of a cancer patient. |
