abstract The invention relates to a transdermal patch consisting of: (a) a membrane of flexible polymer material that acts as a supporting layer, forming the outer impermeable cover of the patch, and to which element (b) is adhered by means of an adhesive; (b) a matrix of non-woven fabric (or NWF) comprising (i) as active ingredients, at least the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine and vitamins B1 and B5, or the chemically acceptable derivatives or salts thereof, and (ii) excipients selected from the group formed by modulators of the release of the active ingredients, optimisers of the absorption of the active ingredients, solvents, surfactants and emulsifiers; and (c) a transparent detachable plastic sheet that covers the above-mentioned elements and the adhesive bead from environmental conditions. The sheet must be removed by the sportsperson before sticking the patch on the skin.
