abstract |
The present invention relates to an adhesive tape exhibiting electromagnetic wave absorption anisotropy by imparting orientation to an electromagnetic wave-absorbing filler, and to a method for producing the adhesive tape, and provides a method for producing the adhesive tape exhibiting electromagnetic wave absorption anisotropy, the method comprising: a step of mixing an electromagnetic wave-absorbing filler having magnetic properties with an adhesive resin composition comprising an adhesive polymeric resin and agitating the mixture; a step of coating the agitated adhesive resin composition on a releasing film or an ordinary film, thereby forming an adhesive layer; a step of imparting a magnetic field to the electromagnetic wave-absorbing filler, thereby orienting same; a step of attaching a releasing film on the adhesive layer; a step of curing the adhesive resin composition by passing same through a UV zone in which a UV light source and output change gradually; and a step of winding an adhesive tape which has been thermally compressed. The adhesive tape of the present invention exhibits electromagnetic wave absorption anisotropy, and can therefore efficiently absorb an electromagnetic wave having certain directivity. |
