abstract | The present invention relates to a recombinant vector for producing a triple reporter gene expression animal model, a triple reporter gene expression animal model, and a method for producing the same. When the triple reporter gene expression animal model according to the present invention is used, all triple imaging reporter genes are expressed, such that bioimaging, fluorescent imaging, luminous imaging, and nuclear medicine imaging are possible. Therefore, accurate information can be provided through multi-imaging. Accordingly, the triple reporter gene expression animal model can be used not only to diagnose various tumors and diseases early but also to trace the movement of various cells such as immunocytes, beta cells, and stem cells and the like used in cytotherapy. In addition, since usage in multi-imaging is possible even when using only cells of the triple reporter gene expression animal model of the present invention, an introduction step of additional reporter genes is excluded, and genetic deformation of unnecessary cells is limited. Accordingly, the triple reporter gene expression animal model is economical. |
