abstract |
A cell culture method is one for culturing cells using a culture vessel equipped with a first vessel and a second vessel having a liquid pass and housed inside of the first vessel, wherein the liquid pass is so configured that a liquid can flow in or flow out therethrough. The method comprises the steps of: seeding cells in the second vessel; supplying a culture medium into the first vessel until the liquid level reaches a position higher than the liquid pass in the second vessel; and discharging the culture medium from the first vessel. |
