The invention relates to a method for producing a fireproof carbon-bonded product, in which fireproof raw materials are mixed with a binder according to a cold mixing method, are converted into a molded body, and the molded body, before or during the use as a fireproof product, is subjected to a coking treatment. According to the invention, the binder contains a high-melting coal tar pitch or Petropech and a low molecular weight carbohydrate, and the molded body is characterized by a specific distribution of the pore volume. |
