abstract | A display substrate and a preparation method, and a display apparatus, the preparation method comprising: providing a base substrate (101); forming a pixel definition layer (103) on the base substrate (101); performing oxidisation processing of the pixel definition layer (103), the side of the pixel definition layer (103) furthest from the base substrate (101) being partially oxidised, such that the pixel definition layer (103) comprises a main layer (1041) closest to the base substrate (101) and an oxidised layer (1042) furthest from the base substrate (101); performing curing and moulding processing of the pixel definition layer (103), and performing patterning processing of the pixel definition layer (103) to form a pixel definition layer pattern (104). The pixel definition layer pattern (104) is formed through one step film-forming processing and patterning processing, thus simplifying the preparation process and reducing preparation costs; interfacing problems are not present in the pixel definition layer pattern (104), thus improving the stability of the structure of the pixel definition layer pattern (104). |
