abstract The present invention provides a lustrous pigment comprising glass flake, a titanium oxide film formed on the glass flake, and gold fine particles attached to the titanium oxide film. The gold fine particles include gold fine particles P2 having a particle diameter of at least 20 nm and less than 50 nm. In a square region having a side of 2 μm on the surface of the titanium oxide film to which the gold fine particles are attached, the number of the gold fine particles P2 is at least 9 and less than 100, and the average of the distance from each of the gold fine particles P2 to the gold fine particle P2 nearest thereto is at least 130 nm and less than 500 nm.
