titleOfInvention Novel microorganism bacillus oryzicola yc7011 producing bacillopeptin-series cyclic lipopeptide, and microbial formulation including same
abstract When a plant endophytic bacteria Bacillus oryzicola YC7011 culture medium and a material separated therefrom is used to treat the rhizosphere and seeds of a plant, resistance is induced in the plant such that a control effect against plant disease and pests is exhibited, and a plant growth accelerating effect is exhibited. Moreover, a growth inhibiting effect against plant and human pathogenic fungi is exhibited. Therefore, the present invention provides six resistance-inducing novel cyclic lipopeptides and three known materials (Bacillopeptin A, B, and C) which, as metabolites of Bacillus oryzicola YC7011, have plant disease and pest control effects, which are due to inducing resistance, as well as growth accelerating and antifungal effects. Provided is a novel material which can be used in not only an environmentally friendly multifunctional natural plant protecting agent, but also in various industrial fields, by mass culturing Bacillus oryzicola YC7011, and separating and purifying a culture medium.
