abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a photoelectric conversion element which has improved responsivity and external quantum efficiency. Provided is an organic photoelectric conversion element 10 which comprises an organic photoelectric conversion layer 13 that is sandwiched between a first electrode 11 and a second electrode 15, and wherein: the organic photoelectric conversion layer 13 contains organic molecules, namely quinacridone derivatives and subphthalocyanine derivatives; and at least the quinacridone derivatives among the organic molecules are randomly oriented. |
