abstract |
This skin care composition contains: 0.1 to 8 mass% of an unemulsified silicone elastomer; a polyether-modified silicone surfactant; and a hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant. The hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant includes a glycerin derivative surfactant. The polyether-modified silicone surfactant content is 0.3 parts by mass or more with respect to 1 part by mass of the silicone elastomer. The hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant content is 0.2 parts by mass or more with respect to 1 part by mass of the silicone elastomer. If said composition contains an ampholytic surfactant, the ampholytic surfactant content is 1.5 parts by mass or less with respect to 1 part by mass of the glycerin derivative surfactant. The viscosity of said composition is 9,500 mPa⋅s or less. |
