abstract | Provided is a method for producing a modified conjugated diene rubber, the method comprising a first step for polymerizing, in an inert solvent, a monomer containing at least a conjugated diene compound by using an organic active metal compound as a polymerization initiator to obtain a conjugated diene polymer having an active end, and a second step for reacting a compound represented by general formula (1) with the active end of said conjugated diene polymer having the active end.
