titleOfInvention | Aurkb small-molecule inhibitor and application thereof |
abstract | Disclosed are an AURKB small-molecule inhibitor and the application thereof. Diindolylmethanes compounds represented by a general structure (I), stereoisomers, tautomerides, solvates, prodrugs, N-oxides, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof: The present invention also protects application of the AURKB small-molecule inhibitor and modified derivatives thereof (the stereoisomers, tautomerides, solvates, prodrugs, N-oxides, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof) in preparation of anti-tumor drugs. The AURKB kinase small-molecule inhibitor identified in the present invention is low in toxicity to normal cells and significantly inhibits the expression of a downstream gene E2F2 under the AURKB-mediated H3S10ph modification. Therefore, the AURKB small-molecule inhibitor can effectively inhibit the proliferation of various tumor cells and induce the apoptosis of tumor cells. Therefore, it is hopeful to develop the AURKB small-molecule inhibitor into a new anti-tumor drug. |
