Disclosed are a casein-based silica dual drug-loading composite microcapsule and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method uses an ultrasonic means to obtain the drug-loaded casein, and then uses same as a capsule wall material to introduce a hydrophobic drug and an SiO2 precursor through an interfacial polymerization method to obtain a casein-based SiO2 dual drug-loading composite microcapsule. The composite microcapsule can load two drugs simultaneously in the inner cavity and the wall material, and realize the controlled release of drugs. |
