titleOfInvention Ph-sensitive 1,4-disubstituted zinc phthalocyanine coordination complex, preparation method therefore, and application thereof in medicine
abstract The present invention relates to a pH-sensitive ketal-linked cholesterol-zinc phthalocyanine coordination complex and a preparation method therefor and application thereof in medicine. In particular, the present invention relates to the zinc phthalocyanine coordination complex shown in a general formula (I), a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition containing the coordination complex, and use thereof as a photosensitizer, especially use in treating cancers, wherein all substituents in the general formula (I) have the same definition as those in the description. As cholesterol radicals exist, the series of compounds are difficult for tumor cells and normal cells to take in; however, in an external subacid environment of tumor tissue cells, hydrolysis reaction of ketal occurs, and hydrolysis derivatives of zinc phthalocyanine can be easily taken in by cancer cells and show extremely-high photosensitive activity. The zinc phthalocyanine coordination complexes can be prepared into tumor cell external subacid environment target photosensitive medicine.
