abstract This solid-state electrolytic capacitor is provided with a plurality of capacitor elements stacked in parallel and an exterior resin for sealing the plurality of capacitor elements, wherein the solid-state electrolytic capacitor is characterized in that: each of the plurality of capacitor elements has a valve action metal substrate, a dielectric layer comprising an oxide film provided on the surface of the valve action metal substrate, and a negative electrode layer provided on the surface of the dielectric layer; and the oxide film of at least one of the plurality of capacitor elements is thicker than the oxide film of the other capacitor elements.
