Aglycosylated antibody fc region for treating cancer |
abstract |
The present invention relates to: a polypeptide comprising a Fc domain in which a part of an amino acid sequence of a human antibody Fc domain is substituted with another amino acid sequence; or an aglycosylated antibody comprising the same. The Fc domain of the present invention is optimized by substituting a part of an amino acid sequence in a wild-type Fc domain with the other amino acid sequence, thereby having excellent selective binding ability to FcγRIIIa among Fc receptors so as to be usable in the treatment of cancer, and being capable of being prepared as a homogeneous aglycosylated antibody through a bacterial culture. |
