The present invention relates to the biotechnology industry and to the industry for manufacturing specialised foods. The present invention concerns a method for producing pure functional recombinant proteins from breast milk proteins in a transformed strain of the yeast Pichia pastoris X-33, which are subsequently used to produce safe specialised foods with a high aggregate value, and which overcome the disadvantages and side effects related to the consumption of specialised foods made from the principal components of cow's milk. |
