A PET film pasted transparent anti-ultraviolet projection screen and a production method therefor. The projection screen comprises a PET thin film layer (3), an adhesive layer (2) and a transparent support layer (1) sequentially stacked from top to bottom. PET resin, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and a nano-particle dispersion liquid are melted and uniformly mixed, dried in a pre-crystallization manner and molded by extrusion and stretching to form the PET thin film layer (3); the nano-particle dispersion liquid is prepared by uniformly mixing nano-particles, a dispersant and a solvent and dispersing a mixture by ultrasonic waves; and the nano-particle distribution density of the PET thin film layer (3) ranges from 0.008 g/mm.m 2 to 1.6 g/mm.m 2 . The production method for the projection screen comprises: A, preparing a nano-particle dispersion liquid; B, preparing a PET thin film; and C, carrying out coating and film pasting. Compared with the prior art, the production technology is simple, the production efficiency is high, costs are low, and the product transparency and definition are high, a 2.5D or 3D image can be directly displayed without needing an auxiliary device, an imaging effect is excellent, the use is convenient, and nano-particles can absorb ultraviolet rays under the light transmission condition, thereby effectively avoiding damage of diffuse reflection of the ultraviolet rays to a human body. |
