abstract |
Provided is a method for producing a glass plate with a film, which is capable of reducing the amount of side etching. A method for producing a glass plate with a film, which comprises: a step for forming a multilayer film 6 on a glass plate 1, said multilayer film 6 having an inorganic film 2 that contains at least a noble metal and a first plating metal film 3 that is formed on the inorganic film 2; and a step for patterning the multilayer film 6 with use of an etching liquid. This method for producing a glass plate with a film is characterized in that the etching liquid contains 2-5% by mass of hydrogen peroxide, 0.25% by mass or less of an oxalic acid dihydrate and 0.75% by mass or less of an oxalic acid salt. |
