Stem cell gel preparation for maintaining frozen cell activity and application thereof |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a stem cell gel preparation for maintaining frozen cell activity and a stem cell gel preparation containing stem cells. The gel preparation comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1%-3% sodium alginate, 1%-5% dimethyl sulfoxide, 1%-5% propylene glycol, 1%-5% polyphenol, 2%-10% dextran, 1%-5% human serum albumin, the rest being water or a phosphate solution. The gel preparation features good biocompatibility and easy operations, and may maintain the high activity of a cell. The stem cell gel preparation may be stored directly in low temperature and does not require the traditional liquid nitrogen cryopreservation. The cell gel preparation after resuscitation may still maintain the high activity of a cell and the capacity of a stem cell, and thus may be applied in the preparation of drugs for treating skin damage or mucosal damage. |
