The present invention relates to the field of biomedicine, and discloses a naphthyridine compound, a pharmaceutical composition and use thereof. The naphthyridine compound has a structure as represented by formula (I) or in the form of a stereoisomer, a geometric isomer, a tautomer, an oxynitride, a hydrate, a solvate, a metabolite, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or prodrug thereof. The naphthyridine compound of the present invention has significantly better anti-tumor effects than those in the prior art, and the naphthyridine compound of the present invention can be used to treat protein kinase-mediated diseases. |
