abstract |
A polyester resin composition comprises a copolymer of a polycarboxylic acid component and a polyol component. The polycarboxylic acid component comprises terephthalic acid and/or a derivative thereof. The polyol component comprises ethylene glycol and/or a derivative thereof as well as 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediol and/or a derivative thereof. The content of the 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propandiol and/or derivative thereof is 27–55 mol% with respect to the total amount of the polyol component. The limiting viscosity of the polyester resin composition is 0.5–0.6 dL/g. |
