titleOfInvention Organic pattern forming method and organic light-emitting display manufacturing method including same
abstract The present invention relates to an organic pattern forming method comprising: a donor substrate preparation step of manufacturing a donor substrate having a base substrate, a photothermal conversion layer formed on the base substrate, and a pattern layer, which is formed on the photothermal conversion layer and has, on the surface thereof, a concave groove pattern corresponding to the shape of a target organic pattern; an organic material injection step of injecting an organic material, forming an organic pattern, only into the concave groove pattern of the pattern layer; and an organic material transfer step of allowing a target substrate to come in contact with the pattern layer into which the organic material is injected, and emitting light at the photothermal conversion layer on the opposite side of the target substrate so as to transfer, to the target substrate, the organic material injected into the pattern layer, wherein the organic material transfer step is performed by allowing heat generated in the photothermal conversion layer, at which light is emitted, to heat the organic material injected into the pattern layer.
