abstract | System (1) comprising a handpiece (2) with a tool (3) formed by a hollow needle (8) and a lateral surface (9) surrounding the hollow needle (8), wherein the hollow needle (8) forms a first channel (10) and a second channel (12) is formed between the hollow needle (8) and the lateral surface (9), an irrigation device (4), an aspiration device (5), a distributor device (6) and a control device (7). In a first operating mode, the distributor device (6) connects the second channel (12) and the irrigation device (4) for exchanging fluids and the first channel (10) and the aspiration device (5) for exchanging fluids. In a second operating mode, the distributor device (6) connects the first channel (10) and the irrigation device (4) for exchanging fluids. In the second operating mode, the pressure with which the irrigation device (4) delivers fluid to the distributor device (6) can be linearly controlled with the aid of the control device (7). |
