abstract | The application discloses a heat sink plate comprising: a first surface and a second surface opposite thereto. The second surface comprises a plurality of sub-surfaces, each of the sub-surfaces contacting a surface of a heat dissipating device. Each of the sub-surfaces comprises at least one first sub-surface. A thickness from the first sub-surface to the first surface is less than a thickness from a sub-surface other than the first sub-surface to the first surface. The heat sink plate comprises plural layers of graphene sheets, and each layer of the graphene sheets comprises a plurality of flake-shaped graphite particles. Two adjacent and flake-shaped graphite particles on the same graphene sheet are combined together via a covalent bond. The heat sink plate is utilized to increase a heat transfer speed, thereby enhancing a heat dissipation capability. Further disclosed are a manufacturing method thereof and a communication apparatus utilizing the same. |
