abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a stimulus-responsive polymer that makes it possible to produce in a simple manner a culture vessel that allows non-invasive cell dissociation. The present invention pertains to a stimulus-responsive polymer comprising, as structural units, a part X that exhibits temperature responsiveness and a part Y that exhibits responsiveness to stimulus other than temperature. The temperature-responsive part X has an ether substructure or sulfide substructure, and the part Y that exhibits responsiveness to stimulus other than temperature includes a functional group that has a pKa of 2-12 in water. The present invention also pertains to a culture vessel, a culturing method, and a cell dissociation method which use the stimulus-responsive polymer. |
