Disclosed is a resin modifier that contains a polymer comprising a monomer unit having an epoxy group. In a 13 C NMR spectrum of a polymer measured in deuterated ortho-dichlorobenzene to which tetramethylsilane is added, if the chemical shift of a signal attributable to the tetramethylsilane is 0 ppm, a signal X 1 at a chemical shift of 69.4±0.5 ppm and a signal X 2 at a chemical shift of 75.1±0.5 ppm are observed. |
