Provided are a polymyxin B sulphate crystal and a preparation method therefor, the method comprising the following steps: using resin to perform adsorption of polymixin B fermentation broth, and adding sulphuric acid or acidic ethanol for desorption; concentrating to obtain a polymixin B sulphate saturated solution; using an organic solvent to separate out the crystals in the saturated solution, and filtering and drying to obtain the polymixin B sulphate crystal. |
