abstract Provided are an anhydrous crystal of a sulfate of polymyxin B1, B2, or mixture thereof, and manufacturing method of same. The manufacturing method comprises: using an organic solvent to generate a solid precipitate from a saturated solution of a sulfate of polymyxin B1, B2, or mixture thereof; and performing vacuum drying to obtain an anhydrous crystal of the sulfate of polymyxin B1, B2, or mixture thereof.
