abstract When a user equipment transmits a random access preamble, a base station transmits a random access response to the user equipment in response to the random access preamble. The base station may include CSI measurement configuration information in the random access response and then transmit the random access response. The user equipment may perform a CSI report on the basis of the CSI measurement configuration information.
