Detection method of circulating tumor cells and pretreatment method for detecting circulating tumor cells |
abstract |
A method for detecting circulating tumor cells is provided which involves: a step in which cells in a blood sample are captured in a filter; a step in which a filter in which cells are captured is brought into contact with an antibody which is labeled with a first fluorescent dye and which recognizes a white blood cell marker protein; a step in which the filter in which cells are captured is brought into contact with an animal serum, a surfactant and an antibody which is labeled with a second fluorescent dye and which recognizes an epithelial marker protein; a step in which the filter in which cells are captured is brought into contact with a third fluorescent dye that dyes nucleic acid; and a step in which fluorescent light emitted from each cell captured in the filter is detected. |
