abstract The invention relates to a device for use in negative pressure therapy for endoluminal wound sites in the gastrointestinal tract. The device comprises a sponge body and a suction hose that is non-detachably connected to said sponge body by means of an adhesive. The adhesive is only applied in a sub-region, along the axis of the suction hose, of the section of said suction hose that is surrounded by the sponge body. This partial adhesion allows the length of the sponge body to be adapted rapidly and easily by the user, immediately before application during negative pressure therapy.
