abstract |
The present invention relates the technical field of inorganic hybrid high polymer materials, and particularly relates to an inorganic hybrid polyol etherified melamine resin and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: (1) an etherification reaction: adding hexamethylolmelamine and polyol into a reaction kettle for a heat-preserved reaction so as to obtain a tetraetherified or pentaetherified melamine resin; (2) alkali neutralization; (3) a hybridization reaction; (4) removal of residual polyol by means of distillation; and (5) cooling and filtering to obtain a finished product. After a hybridization and crosslinking reaction between the inorganic hybrid polyol etherified melamine resin prepared by using the method according to the present invention and an inorganic hybrid compound, high-temperature-resistant flame-retardant elements like boron, molybdenum, and antimony are introduced into final amino resin polyol, so that the high temperature resistance and flame retardant property of the amino resin polyol are improved; the inorganic hybrid polyol etherified melamine resin is mainly applied to preparation of premixed polyether and paint coatings. |
