titleOfInvention Infusion pump and infusion method dedicated for stem cell
abstract An infusion pump and infusion method dedicated for a stem cell. The infusion pump comprises: a fluid storage unit and an infusion tube. An inner wall of the fluid storage bag (2) and of the infusion tube is provided with a layer of anionic protection membrane (21). Repulsion between anions prevents the stem cell, in a drug solution, from attaching to the inner wall of the fluid storage bag (2) and of the infusion tube. The infusion method comprises the following steps: Step 1, checking the integrity of the infusion pump; Step 2, closing an infusion clamp (5) and injecting a mixed solution of a stem cell and a drug; Step 3, capping a protective cap (3), opening the infusion clamp (5) until no air bubbles are present in the infusion pump, and closing the infusion clamp (5) for later use; Step 4, connecting an external conical connector (6) to a venous catheter of a patient in need of an infusion, and opening the infusion clamp (5); Step 5, using an auxiliary holding device (8) to hold the fluid storage bag (2) steadily at a horizontal plane or to hang the fluid storage bag (2) at a certain location; and Step 6, ending the infusion, closing the infusion clamp (5), and disconnecting the external conical connector (6) from the venous catheter.
