Disclosed are a solar-based device for making an organic fertilizer from fallen leaves and a fertilizer making method. The solar-based device for making an organic fertilizer from fallen leaves is mainly constituted of an electric motor, a blowing mechanism, a solar energy mechanism, a sprayer and a spherical stirring mechanism. In this device, the solar energy mechanism is used to convert solar energy into electric energy so as to realize the power supply for the electric motor, the blowing mechanism and the sprayer; the electric motor is used to drive the spherical stirring mechanism so as to stir the fallen leaves inside a stirring chamber; and the blowing mechanism and the sprayer can ensure the temperature and moisture within the stirring chamber. With the present invention, clean solar energy is used for the power supply, while the fallen leaves are recycled to make fertilizers, thereby reducing the environmental pollution. Meanwhile, during the fermentation of fallen leaves, the fallen leaves are stirred under a moderate moisture and temperature, thereby improving the fermentation efficiency of the fallen leaves and ensuring the quality of the fertilizer. |
