abstract |
The present invention relates to a target nucleic acid sequence detection method using multiple amplification nested signal amplification (MANSA) and, more specifically, to a target nucleic acid sequence amplification and detection method using: a target nucleic acid sequence primary amplification reaction using a dumbbell oligonucleotide; and a secondary signal amplification reaction. The present invention enables a plurality of target nucleic acid sequences to be detected in a very limited sample without a false positive. |
