abstract A nanopore DNA sequencing method has a problem that if signal changes for signal analysis include a signal change based on a fluctuation of a base current, a signal analysis error occurs. This electrolyte solution for analysis of a biomolecule, containing D 2 O as a solvent, and/or containing an electrolyte which provides, as cationic species in the solution, Cs and Na, only Na, Na and Li, or only Li, or containing trishydroxyaminomethane, or containing a combination thereof, is used for formation or measurement of a nanopore (see fig. 6).
