Provided are a light-emitting material and method for fabrication thereof, and an organic light-emitting diode using said light-emitting material. The light-emitting material has a simple structure and determined molecular weight, and has relatively good solubility and film-forming properties and has a stable thin-film morphology; it has a high decomposition temperature and a low sublimation temperature, and easily sublimates to form a high-purity light-emitting material which may be used for a small-molecule organic light-emitting diode. In the method for fabricating said light-emitting material, m-bromophenol and 2-fluoro-4-benzonitrile are used as starting materials; by means of a series of simple reactions, an intermediate of a light-emitting material is obtained; finally, by means of an Ullman reaction or a Suzuki coupling reaction, the light-emitting material is obtained; the steps are simple and yield is high. In the organic light-emitting diode, the light-emitting layer contains the aforementioned light-emitting material, and has relatively high light-emission efficiency and stability. |
