titleOfInvention Method, nanoparticles and kit for detecting target structures
abstract In a method for detecting target structures (210), nanoparticles (10) with at least one immobilized specific capture molecule, which can interact with the respective target structure, are used. The nanoparticles (10) are brought into contact with the target structures (210) in a reaction stock under conditions that allow a bonding of the target structures to the nanoparticles. The reaction stock is incubated under conditions that allow a cluster formation of the nanoparticles with the target structures, bonded thereto among one another. The formed clusters (20) are separated from the nanoparticles (10) that have no bonded target structures so that the separated clusters (20) can be analyzed.
