abstract |
Provided is an oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic for lips, said cosmetic having a fresh and no-sticky feeling, excellent gloss, high transparency and long persistence of the gloss. The cosmetic for lips according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: (A) an oily phase which comprises (a1) 5-70 mass% of a non-volatile hydrocarbon oil containing hydrogenated polyisobutene and (a2) 5-70 mass% of methyl phenyl silicone which separates out when mixed with (a1) at 25 ° C; and (B) an aqueous phase which comprises (b1) 10-80 mass% of an aqueous component and (b2) 0.01-10 mass% of a coloring material. |
