abstract | An anti-gastroesophageal reflux implantation device (1), comprising a magnetic chain (2) and an auxiliary line (3); the magnetic chain (2) comprises a plurality of magnetic devices (21), a plurality of connecting units (22), and a locking device (23); the magnetic devices (21) comprise one or more annular magnets (212) and a housing (211), and an inner circumferential surface of the housing (211) is an inwardly concave surface (2114); adjacent magnetic devices (21) are movably connected therebetween by means of the connecting units (22); the connecting units (22) comprise a connecting member (221) and a limiting member (222) disposed on an end thereof; the locking device (23) comprises a first locking device (231) and a second locking device (232); the magnetic chain (2) further comprises a starting magnetic device (24) and an ending magnetic device (25); the first locking device (231) and the second locking device (232) are respectively arranged on housings (241/251) of the starting magnetic device (24) and the ending magnetic device (25); when the first locking device (231) and the second locking device (232) are engaged, the magnetic chain (2) forms a closed annular magnetic chain ring. The implantation device (1) is well designed, and has a shape of the magnetic chain (2) connected in series is closer to a circular shape, such that the implantation device (1), when implanted on an outer side of a lower esophageal sphincter (LES), better fits the esophageal outer wall and gives fuller play to an LES-strengthening function of the device. |
