titleOfInvention 3-dimensional cell sheet for wound or ulcer treatment and method of producing same
abstract The present invention relates to a 3-dimensional cell sheet for wound or ulcer treatment, and to a method of producing same. The cell sheet of the present invention can be produced without mouse-derived nutritional cells, special equipment, and special scaffolds. The cell sheet can be very easily detached from a culture medium through a simple physical method even without using a cell separator, and transplantation can be performed irrespective of the shape and size of a defective part. Accordingly, the cell sheet of the present invention can be usefully used for treating a mucosal defect, an ulcer, and the like after an operation of the oral cavity, the pharynx, the esophagus, or the like requiring re-epithelialization.
