abstract | The invention relates to a material composition for a hose body (2), which material composition has a polymer base material (3) and a plasticiser (4). The polymer base material (3) has a base material proportion of suspension-polymerized raw polymer and a base material proportion of emulsion-polymerized raw polymer. In a further aspect, which can also additionally be present, the polymer base material (3) has a suspension-polymerized raw polymer and at least one further raw polymer, the basic monomer of which differs in its molecular structure from the first raw polymer, wherein a surface energy of the material composition is greater than 40 mN/m. The result is a material composition in which undesired gas bubble deposition on a surface of a hose lumen of the hose body that is produced is prevented. A further material composition for a hose body has, in addition to a polymer base material, a plasticizer, the migration rate of which in a parenteral nutrient solution during a multi-day storage period in the base material, is lower than 1000 μg/dm 2 per day. The result is a material composition for a hose, which is highly patient-compatible, in particular in medical use. A further hose body has a material composition having a polymer base material, a plasticizer, and a surface energy which is greater than 40 mN/m. In such a hose, undesired gas bubble deposition on the surface of a hose lumen is prevented. |
