abstract A polypeptide and an application thereof in manufacturing a pharmaceutical product for treating and/or preventing a tumor. The amino acid sequence of the polypeptide is represented by SEQ ID No. 1. Alternatively, two or more amino acids within the amino acid sequence represented by the SEQ ID No. 1 can be replaced with an unnatural amino acid with a linkable side chain. The polypeptide or polypeptide derivative can achieve targeted increase of the quantity of a PML nuclear body, and can therefore be applied in a manufacturing of a pharmaceutical product for treating and/or preventing a tumor.
